Couldn't find anything at the mall...

So I made my own fit. I wanted a cute black mini to wear underneath a blazer so Saturday afternoon I brought out the sewing machine and got to work. It's basic but still sexy, which is what I like. It turned out to be really cute and it fit me perfect. I got to wear it out that night and my peoples loved it. :)

Love the geometric prints, chunky accessories and floor length dresses. The collection is so bright and funky. I am really diggin' the use of color in this collection instead of the typical fall/winter dark, gloomy colors.

Current Obsession

I've been on the hunt for a nice nude pump but I haven't had any luck. Of course Nicholas Kirkwood has about 5 choices of nude pumps that are too die for. But they also cost $895.00 ... So I'll pass.

The latest collection from Iris Van Herpen's A/W10. The designer described this collection by being inspired by the cross-sensational phenomenon of feeling sound, smelling motion, and hearing color. Amazing pieces. I love the gold and bronze.

houstatlantaVegas...

I spent my 22nd birthday in Vegas over the long weekend. My girl Kathy & I had a blast once again. We didn't do as much as last year but we still partied, drank, ate, drank some more and relaxed. I also got to see The Lion King musical. I recommend everyone go see it because it is absolutely fantastic and beautiful.
