V-Day
This was thee best V-Day by far. Woke up to a beautiful bouquet of white roses at my door step and to top it off my Sis and her family drove up from Tacoma. I spent my day exploring downtown Vancouver with my Boo, Sis and Brother-in-law. The Olympics are going on here and the energy downtown is awesome. Tons of people out in good spirits, showing off their countries colors and support. What a great day!

Proud to be Canadian
So the Olympics are here in Vancouver and I'm finally getting into the spirit. The city is packed and the vibe is amazing. They have so much going on.. free concerts, attractions and lots of activities. Can't wait to go downtown and experience the energy. Yesterday the torch bearers came right outside my work but... traffic was deep and there were people everywhere so I took off early. I know sucky!

Vena Cava
I love every piece from Vena Cava's Spring '10 collection. They're pieces are edgy but still effortlessly chic. I was shopping in Aritiza the other day and noticed that they sold Vena Cava. These ladies are really doing it big considering that they made their first Vena Cava collection on their living room floor three weeks after graduating from design school.How inspiring!

Love/Hate
A couple days ago I watched for the 100th time Spike Lee's 'Do the Right Thing' and there is something about this movie that gets me pumped, excited and all kinds of crazy. This movie is a classic in my household and we love Spike. For those who haven't seen the movie.. I suggest you do so cause you are missing out. And for those who have.. You are probably wondering what the heck does she know about this movie considering it came out in '89 lol.. Well I know a lot! :) Anyways... Radio Raheem's rings are sick!
