I feel like making something...

I haven't made anything in a couple weeks because I've been so busy and the fabric stores close so early! So I went to the Thrift store and tried to find something I can alter. The black material is actually a skirt and the other material is a scarf. I thought the black material would look nice as a purse with a long chain so thats what I shall make!

I'm in the middle of reading the book Push by Sapphire.

My sister lent me the book and I can't put it down it's so good!

This book is really sad and crazy! Can't wait to finish it.

Must have: Ankle Boots

Ankle boots are a definite must have for fall. I love a dramatic shoe or boot and a nice ankle boot can dramatically transform an outfit from casual to sexy. You can throw them on with a pair of skinny jeans or match them with a nice 'freak em dress'.

Inspiration

I found these boots at Aldo. The leather boot strap with the studs and chain can actually come off. I'm really into studs and chains right now so these are a perfect match!

Jamie Foxx

Last night my girls & I went to see Jamie Foxx perform in concert.
The show was really good I definitely enjoyed myself.
That man is talented! He can act, sing and crack jokes.

Weekend fun

Saturday night I went out with my girl Kathryn to this nice lounge in Yaletown. We started the night polishing off a bottle of $8 wine in her car and headed downtown feeling nice! We had a blast.
